Domestic Shipping in Türkiye
Orders within Türkiye are shipped via Aras Kargo. Shipping is free for orders of USD 20 or more. For orders below USD 20, the shipping charge is shown during checkout.
Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before 11:00 AM on business days are dispatched on the same day whenever possible. Orders placed after 11:00 AM or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Store Pickup
Orders placed through our website may be collected from our store free of charge. No shipping fee applies to store pickup orders.
International Shipping
International orders may be shipped via PTT Post, FedEx, DHL or UPS, depending on the destination country, shipment characteristics and preferred delivery method.
The available shipping method, delivery time and shipping cost may vary depending on the destination and the characteristics of the shipment.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination address, the carrier's operating schedule and seasonal demand. Once your order has been dispatched, you can follow its progress using the shipment tracking information provided.
Damaged Deliveries
Our products are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. If your order is nevertheless damaged in transit, please contact us.
After the issue has been reviewed, the damaged product will be replaced with a new one.
Wholesale Order Delivery
Wholesale customers may collect their prepared orders from our store or request delivery by courier.
Orders are securely packed for shipment and no additional packing fee is charged. Shipments may also be sent with the shipping cost payable by the recipient upon request.
For wholesale orders within the European Side of Istanbul, direct delivery by our team may be available, subject to availability and with the delivery date and time arranged in advance.
For international wholesale orders, shipping may be arranged with the courier or logistics company preferred by the customer. International transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
